SINGAPORE: As more novel coronavirus cases are confirmed in Singapore and more locally transmitted cases emerge, here’s a look at the clusters that have become apparent, the patients who have no known links to the virus, as well as those who have recovered or whose condition has taken a turn for the worse.

THE CLUSTERS
The Grace Assembly of God church branches at Tanglin and Bukit Batok have emerged as the largest locally transmitted cluster, with 23 confirmed cases (Cases 48, 49, 51, 53, 54, 57, 58, 60, 61, 62, 63, 66, 67, 68, 70, 71, 73, 74, 78, 80, 81, 84 and 88) linked to it.
The first cluster to be identified, at health products shop Yong Thai Hang, is another significant cluster of nine cases, including four shop employees (Cases 19, 20, 34 and 40) and the tour guide (Case 24) who visited the shop with a tour group from Guangxi.
One of the employees – patient 19 – subsequently infected her husband, their six-month-old son, as well as their Indonesian domestic helper. All four have been discharged.
The tour guide’s husband was also diagnosed with the virus. He works at Diamond Industries Jewellery Company, which the Guangxi tour group also visited.

Separately, a cluster has emerged around The Life Church and Missions Singapore in Paya Lebar, which is linked to eight cases.
Of them, six are Singaporeans. Two imported cases – a married couple from Wuhan – were also found to have visited the church.
On Feb 25, MOH announced it had established links between the two church clusters. Married couple Cases 83 and 91 had visited The Life Church and Missions on Jan 19, the same day as the couple from Wuhan.
They then attended a Chinese New Year gathering on Jan 25, where Case 66 was also present. While he was asymptomatic, Case 66 had gone to work at the Grace Assembly of God and was in close contact with several people at a staff meeting.
Meanwhile, five Bangladeshi work pass holders are linked to a cluster at Bombardier’s Singapore Service Centre expansion site at Seletar Aerospace Heights.
The cluster associated with a business meeting at the Grand Hyatt hotel saw some of its participants spread the virus beyond Singapore’s borders.
In addition to three Singaporean patients, two South Koreans, one Malaysian and a Briton who were at the conference have also been confirmed as coronavirus patients.
The Malaysian man’s sister and mother-in-law subsequently contracted the virus.
The Briton appears to have passed the virus on to at least 11 of his compatriots who were at a French ski resort that he visited after leaving Singapore.
PATIENTS WITH NO KNOWN LINKS
Amid the emergence of several locally transmitted cases with no recent travel history to China or links with the other confirmed cases, authorities on Feb 7 raised the DORSCON risk assessment framework for coronavirus to orange.
Instances of such patients whose links with other cases are so far unclear include a Victoria Junior College teacher (Case 32), a taxi driver (Case 35) and a private-hire driver (Case 37).
The Ministry of Health has been carrying out contact tracing for all confirmed cases, but any links that these patients might have to existing cases have yet to emerge.
IMPORTED CASES
More than 20 of Singapore’s cases are imported. Many are Chinese nationals who entered Singapore on or before Jan 23, the date China authorities imposed a lockdown on Wuhan to prevent the spread of the virus.
At least seven of the imported cases are Singaporeans who were evacuated from Wuhan on Scoot flights on Jan 30 and Feb 9. They include a two-year-old girl who was diagnosed with the virus on Feb 10 and a one-year-old boy confirmed on Feb 16.
On Feb 22, a 32-year-old man was confirmed as Singapore’s 87th case; he was among those evacuated from Wuhan on Feb 9.
PATIENTS IN CRITICAL CONDITION
All the patients had been in stable condition previously but several began taking a turn for the worse, with the Ministry of Health announcing on Feb 6 that one patient was in the intensive care unit and another requiring additional oxygen support.
As of Feb 26, seven patients are in critical condition in the intensive care unit.
The Ministry of Health declined to provide further details on the identity of these cases, citing patient confidentiality.

PATIENTS WHO HAVE RECOVERED
As of Feb 26, 62 patients have fully recovered and have been discharged from hospital.
Here is a detailed look at each patient diagnosed so far:
1) 66-YEAR-OLD MAN FROM WUHAN
A 66-year-old Chinese man, a Wuhan resident, was the first confirmed case of the novel coronavirus in Singapore.
He arrived in Singapore with his family on Jan 20, after flying in from Guangzhou on China Southern flight CZ351. He reported having a sore throat while on the flight, and developed a fever and cough the next day.

In Singapore, the man checked in to Shangri-La’s Rasa Sentosa Resort and Spa. On Jan 22, he told hotel staff that he was unwell and was taken to Singapore General Hospital, where he was isolated and diagnosed with pneumonia.
On Jan 23, he tested positive for the new coronavirus.
Of his 46 close contacts identified by authorities, 24 were found to have left Singapore, including the man’s eight travel companions. Several of them were later diagnosed with coronavirus in Malaysia.
Another travel companion, his son, is also a confirmed case.
On Feb 19, the 66-year-old was discharged from hospital after making a full recovery.
2) 53-YEAR-OLD WOMAN FROM WUHAN
She arrived in Singapore on Jan 21 at 5.30am on a Scoot flight and developed a fever, cough and chills in the afternoon.
She went to Raffles Hospital the next day and was taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital, where she tested positive for the new virus on Jan 24.
The woman stayed at the J8 Hotel and visited Orchard Road, Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay.
On Feb 7, MOH announced that she was the second coronavirus patient in Singapore to be discharged.
3) 37-YEAR-OLD MAN FROM WUHAN
The son of the first confirmed coronavirus case in Singapore.
The man had been staying with his father at Shangri-La’s Rasa Sentosa Resort and Spa, and became a confirmed case on Jan 24.
He was discharged on Feb 21.
4) 36-YEAR-OLD MAN FROM WUHAN
The fourth person to test positive for the virus arrived in Singapore with his family on Jan 22 and stayed at Village Hotel Sentosa.
He developed a cough on Jan 23 and went to Sengkang General Hospital the next day. Tests confirmed the coronavirus infection on Jan 25.
He was discharged on Feb 12, 18 days after testing positive.
5) 56-YEAR-OLD WOMAN FROM WUHAN
The fifth confirmed case in Singapore arrived with her family on Jan 18 and stayed at their home on Ceylon Road.
The woman developed symptoms on Jan 24 and was taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital on Jan 26, and tested positive for the virus the next day.
She was discharged on Feb 18.
6) 56-YEAR-OLD MAN FROM WUHAN
The sixth confirmed case arrived in Singapore on Jan 19 and developed a cough on Jan 25.
He went to Changi General Hospital on Jan 26 and tested positive for the virus the next day.
Prior to that, he had stayed at his family home at Pasir Ris Grove.
He was discharged on Feb 20.
7) 35-YEAR-OLD MAN FROM WUHAN
The seventh patient arrived on Jan 23 and developed symptoms the next day.
He went to Raffles Hospital and was taken to the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID) by private ambulance. He tested positive for the virus on Jan 27.
Prior to his admission, he stayed at Marina Bay Sands.
On Feb 4, he became the first coronavirus patient in Singapore to be discharged after testing negative for the virus.

8 and 9) MARRIED COUPLE FROM WUHAN, BOTH 56
The eighth and ninth confirmed cases were a Wuhan couple who arrived on Jan 19.
Neither showed symptoms during their flight. They stayed with their family at their home at Lorong Lew Lian in Upper Serangoon.
Both developed symptoms on Jan 24 and the couple took a taxi to Tan Tock Seng Hospital three days later.
The woman tested positive for the virus on Jan 28, and the man a day later.
Investigations later showed that both of them had visited The Life Church and Missions Singapore in Paya Lebar, which has since been identified as a possible cluster.
The woman was discharged on Feb 18 and the man was discharged on Feb 23.
10) 56-YEAR-OLD MAN FROM WUHAN
The 10th confirmed case arrived in Singapore on Jan 20 and developed symptoms the next day.
The man worked and lived on board a cargo vessel, and it was not until Jan 28 that he was identified as a suspect case during a health screening at Marina South Pier.
On Feb 9, he was discharged from hospital after making a full recovery.
11) 31-YEAR-OLD WOMAN FROM WUHAN
The 11th confirmed case was identified as a travelling companion of the fourth confirmed case.
After being identified as a close contact, the woman was quarantined from Jan 26. She developed symptoms on Jan 27 and tested positive for the virus on Jan 29.
She was discharged on Feb 10.
12) 37-YEAR-OLD WOMAN FROM WUHAN
The 12th confirmed case arrived in Singapore on Jan 22 with her family and developed symptons on Jan 26.
She took a taxi to Tan Tock Seng Hospital on Jan 29, and tested positive for the virus later that day.
She stayed at Village Hotel Sentosa, Hotel 81 Princess and Home Suite View Hotel, and told authorities that she had visited Orchard Road and Geylang, and travelled by taxi.
She was discharged on Feb 12, 14 days after testing positive for the virus.
13) 73-YEAR-OLD WOMAN FROM WUHAN
The 13th confirmed case was identified as a close contact of the second confirmed case and authorities made multiple attempts to contact her.
She was located on Jan 28 and reported having developed symptoms on the same day.
She tested positive for the coronavirus on Jan 30.
She stayed at ParkRoyal Collection Pickering and Oasia Hotel Downtown, and visited Changi Airport and Jewel. She travelled by taxi and private transport.
On Feb 9, MOH announced that she and her daughter, who was infected as well, were discharged from hospital after making a full recovery.
14) 31-YEAR-OLD MAN FROM WUHAN
The 14th person confirmed to be infected by the virus arrived from Wuhan on Jan 26, according to MOH.
He stayed at his home in Jurong East Street 13.
After developing symptoms on Jan 28, he sought medical treatment at a clinic and was taken to NCID.
He tested positive for the virus on Jan 30 and was discharged on Feb 17.
15) 47-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN WOMAN
The 15th confirmed case is a Singaporean woman who had travelled to Wuhan with her family.
She was among the Singaporeans who were evacuated from the city on Jan 30. She did not display any symptoms during the flight, but was found to have a fever during a medical screening at Changi Airport.
She was taken to NCID and tested positive for the coronavirus on Jan 31. She was discharged on Feb 17.
16) 38-YEAR-OLD MAN FROM WUHAN
The 16th case arrived from Wuhan on Jan 22 and developed symptoms the next day.
He stayed at his home at Nathan Road until Jan 29, when he took a taxi to SGH.
He tested positive for the coronavirus on Jan 31.
He was discharged on Feb 20.
17) 47-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN WOMAN
The 17th confirmed case is a 47-year-old Singaporean woman who was among the Singaporeans evacuated from Wuhan on Jan 30.
She was asymptomatic when she boarded the flight, but was found to have a fever during a medical screening at Changi Airport and was taken to NCID.
Her coronavirus infection was confirmed on Jan 31. She was discharged on Feb 11, 11 days after she was diagnosed.
18) 31-YEAR-OLD WOMAN FROM WUHAN
The 18th case arrived in Singapore on Jan 22 and tested positive for infection on Feb 1.
19) 28-YEAR-OLD FEMALE SINGAPORE PR
The 19th person to be confirmed with the infection is a 28-year-old Singapore permanent resident who works as a salesperson at Yong Thai Hang, a health product shop that primarily serves Chinese tourists. She has no recent travel history to China.

She had a sore throat and fever on Jan 29 and sought treatment at a GP clinic on the same day.
She went to Tan Tock Seng Hospital’s emergency department on Jan 30 and was discharged after a chest X-ray came back negative for pneumonia.
She did not leave her home at Jalan Bukit Merah from Jan 31 to Feb 2.
On Feb 3, she was admitted to the Singapore General Hospital and tested positive for the coronavirus later the same day.
She is one of nine confirmed cases which are linked to a cluster associated with Yong Thai Hang.
She was discharged on Feb 22.
20) 48-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN WOMAN
Case 20 is a 48-year-old Singaporean woman who also works at Yong Thai Hang. She has no recent travel history to China.
The woman, who lives at Hougang Street 61, reported the onset of symptoms on Jan 25 and was admitted to NCID on Feb 3.
“Given that she is a colleague of Case 19, she was classified as a suspect case and immediately isolated,” MOH said in a press release. Test results confirmed the infection on Tuesday morning.
21) 44-YEAR-OLD INDONESIAN WOMAN
The 21st person to test positive for the virus is the domestic helper of Case 19, a salesperson at Yong Thai Hang.
The 44-year-old Indonesian national has no recent travel history to China and lived at Jalan Bukit Merah with her employer’s family.
She reported the onset of symptoms on Feb 2 and did not leave her home. She was also admitted to SGH on Feb 3. She tested positive for the virus the next day.
She was discharged on Feb 18.
22) 41-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN MAN
The 22nd case was among the 92 Singaporeans evacuated on Jan 30 from Wuhan.
The 41-year-old man did not have any symptoms when he boarded the flight and was put under quarantine upon landing in Singapore.
He tested positive on Feb 3 despite continuing to show no symptoms.
On Feb 9, MOH announced that he was discharged after making a full recovery.
23) 17-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN MAN
Case 23 is another Singaporean man who was evacuated from Wuhan on Jan 30.
The 17-year-old also did not have any symptoms when they boarded the flight and was put under quarantine upon landing in Singapore.
Like Case 22, he continued to show no symptoms but tested positive on Feb 3.
He was discharged on Feb 21.
24) 32-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN WOMAN
The 24th case is a 32-year-old tour guide who took a group of 20 Chinese tourists from Guangxi to Yong Thai Hang, where Cases 19 and 20 are employees. The tour guide had no recent travel history to China.
Two people from the Guangxi group have tested positive, according to Chinese authorities.

Case 24 had no symptoms when she went to NCID on Feb 3, but later indicated that she had developed a fever on Jan 30. Test results confirmed the infection on Feb 4.
Prior to admission to NCID, she stayed at her home at Buangkok Green and worked at Jalan Besar. She had visited Hougang Polyclinic on Jan 30 and went to a supermarket near her home.
She was discharged on Feb 15, 11 days after testing positive for the virus.
25) 40-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN MAN
Case 25 is the husband of Case 24, the tour guide who took a group from Guangxi to Yong Thai Hang shop.
He developed a fever on Jan 24 and went to the same polyclinic as his wife on Jan 30.
He went to NCID on Feb 3, where he was immediately isolated, and tested positive for the virus the next day.
Prior to being admitted, he had stayed at home. He worked at Diamond Industries Jewellery Company at Harbour Drive, which the tour group from Guangxi had visited as well. He had also visited Pasir Panjang Hawker Centre and travelled by public transport.
He was discharged on Feb 12, eight days after testing positive for the virus.
26) 42-YEAR-OLD WOMAN FROM WUHAN
The 26th patient to be confirmed having the coronavirus is the daughter of Case 13.
They arrived in Singapore from Wuhan on Jan 21. She was taken by ambulance to NCID on the same day as her 73-year-old mother on Jan 28, after developing symptoms.
Subsequent test results confirmed on Feb 4 that she was infected with the virus.
On Feb 9, MOH announced that she was discharged from hospital, along with her mother, after making a full recovery.
27) 45-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN MAN
Case 27 is the husband of Case 19, a Yong Thai Hang employee.
The 45-year-old private-hire driver visited a general practitioner on Feb 2, a day after he developed symptoms.
He stayed at his home at Jalan Bukit Merah prior to admission and visited Tiong Bahru Plaza, Tiong Bahru Market and Beo Crescent Market and Food Centre.
He tested positive for the coronavirus on Feb 5.
He was discharged on Feb 21.
28) 6-MONTH-OLD MALE SINGAPOREAN
Singapore’s youngest coronavirus patient yet is a six-month-old baby, who is the son of Cases 19 and 27.
The baby boy was warded at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. Prior to hospital admission, he was not in any infant care facility and was cared for at home.
He was discharged on Feb 22.
29) 41-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN MAN
The 29th case is a 41-year-old Singaporean with no recent travel history to China and who does not appear to be linked with previous confirmed cases.
He developed a fever on Jan 28 and went to a GP clinic the next day.
On Jan 30, he sought treatment at another GP clinic before being admitted to Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital.
He was confirmed to have the virus on Feb 5.
Epidemiological investigations and contact tracing are ongoing to identify individuals who had close contact with the patient, and to establish any contact he may have had with confirmed cases in Singapore or travellers from mainland China, MOH said.
He was discharged on Feb 12, seven days after testing positive for the virus.
30) 27-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN MAN
Case 30 also had no recent travel history to China, but had attended a private business meeting at Grand Hyatt Singapore from Jan 20 to Jan 22.

The meeting included participants from China, including Hubei province, as well as confirmed cases from Malaysia and South Korea.
Test results confirmed his infection with the novel coronavirus on Feb 6.
31) 53-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN MAN
The 31st case of infection had no recent travel history to China, but visited Malaysia on Jan 6, 11 and 17.
He reported symptoms on Jan 23 and saw a general practitioner on the same day.
He then visited another clinic on Jan 28 and was admitted to CGH on Feb 1, where he was warded in isolation.
He was confirmed positive for the virus on Feb 6.
The man lives at Tampines Street 24 and had been to The Life Church and Missions Singapore in Paya Lebar prior to admission. He also visited family and friends during Chinese New Year.
He was discharged on Feb 17.
32) 42-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN WOMAN
The 32nd case is a teacher at Victoria Junior College who reported symptoms on Feb 2 and was admitted to Parkway East Hospital three days later.
Her coronavirus infection was confirmed on Feb 6.
Authorities say the teacher had not interacted with her colleagues and students after the onset of symptoms.
She lives at Elias Road and had visited Changi Airport and Singapore Zoo.
On Feb 19, she was discharged from hospital after making a full recovery.
33) 39-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN WOMAN
The 33rd confirmed case visited Malaysia from Jan 22 to 29 but did not have recent travel history to China.
She is linked to The Life Church and Missions Singapore cluster in Paya Lebar.
She developed symptoms on Jan 30 and went to Sengkang General Hospital on Feb 2 and was admitted.
Test results confirmed the infection on Feb 6.
On Feb 19, she was discharged from hospital after making a full recovery.

34) 40-YEAR OLD SINGAPOREAN WOMAN
The 34th confirmed case works at Yong Thai Hang and was identified as a close contact of Cases 19 and 20, who work in the same shop.
She reported symptoms on Jan 27 and visited two GP clinics on Jan 27 and Feb 1.
On Feb 4, the woman was placed under home quarantine and admitted to NCID two days later. She was tested positive for the coronavirus on Feb 7.
Prior to hospital admission, she went to work at Yong Thai Hang and lives at Sin Ming Road.
She was discharged on Feb 12, five days after testing positive for the virus.
35) 64-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN MAN
The 35th confirmed case is a taxi driver with no recent travel history to China and, as of Feb 8, no links to previous cases.
He reported symptoms on Jan 30 and visited Bukit Merah Polyclinic on Jan 31.
He was admitted to SGH on Feb 6, and tested positive for the infection a day later.
Prior to admission, he largely stayed at home at Henderson Crescent after the onset of symptoms. He also visited Redhill Market and a hawker centre at Bukit Merah for meals.
36) 38-YEAR-OLD SINGAPORE PR
The 36th confirmed case had attended a business meeting at Grand Hyatt Singapore, the same meeting as Cases 30 and 39, as well as several cases overseas.
She had not travelled to China recently but had been in Johor Bahru from Jan 25 to Jan 28.
The woman also visited a family member at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital prior to her admission and lived at Bukit Batok St 31.
On Jan 24, she reported onset of symptoms and visited a GP clinic on Feb 1.
She was admitted to KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital on Feb 4. Test results confirmed the coronavirus infection on Feb 7.
She was discharged on Feb 11, 10 days after first experiencing symptoms.
37) 53-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN MAN
The 37th confirmed case is a private-hire driver with no links to previous cases or recent travel history to China.
He reported symptoms on Jan 30 and visited two GP clinics on Feb 1 and Feb 3.
On Feb 6, he was admitted to Ng Teng Fong General Hospital. He tested positive on Feb 7 and was transferred to NCID the next day.
He lives at Jurong East St 32.
38) 52-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN WOMAN
The 38th case had visited The Life Church and Missions Singapore in Paya Lebar, which is also linked to Cases 8, 9, 31 and 38.
She had no recent travel history to China.
On Feb 3, she reported the onset of symptoms and visited Choa Chu Kang Polyclinic the next day.
She was admitted to NCID on Feb 7, and tested positive for the infection a day later.
Prior to hospital admission, she had also visited Marina Bay Sands, Chinatown and Plaza Singapura and had travelled by public transport. She lives at Choa Chu Kang Ave 3.
She was discharged on Feb 18.
39) 51-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN MAN
The 39th confirmed case had attended the Grand Hyatt business meeting, which is linked to Cases 30 and 36 as well as a number of cases abroad.
He had no recent travel history to China but had travelled to Malaysia between Jan 23 and Feb 2.
He reported symptoms on Jan 29 and visited two GP clinics on Feb 3 and Feb 5. He was admitted to NCID on Feb 6 and tested positive for the coronavirus two days later.
He lives in Jurong West Central.
On Feb 16, MOH said that the man has fully recovered from the infection and has been discharged from hospital.
40) 36-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN MAN
The 40th confirmed case works at Yong Thai Hang and was identified as a close contact of Cases 19 and 20, who worked at the same shop.
He reported symptoms on Jan 30 and visited a GP clinic on the same day. On Feb 4, he was placed under home quarantine. He was admitted to NCID on Feb 7. Test results confirmed the infection the next day.
Prior to hospital admission, he went to work at Yong Thai Hang and lives at Bedok North Street.
He was discharged on Feb 12, four days after testing positive for the virus.
41) 71-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN MAN
The 41st case has no recent travel history to China and, as of Feb 9, no known links to previous cases.
He reported onset of symptoms on Feb 1 and visited a GP clinic on the same day, and again on Feb 5.
The man then sought treatment at Hougang Polyclinic on Feb 6 and at Tan Tock Seng Hospital on Feb 7. Test results confirmed the infection on Feb 8.
Prior to hospital admission, he had visited Paya Lebar Methodist Church at 5 Boundary Road and attended a gathering at Braddell Heights Residents’ Committee.
He also picked up his grandchild outside Pat’s Schoolhouse Kovan in Upper Serangoon Road.
He lives at Upper Serangoon Road.
42) 39-YEAR-OLD BANGLADESHI MAN
The 42nd case is a 39-year-old Bangladesh national who is a Singapore work pass holder.
He had not recently travelled to China and, as of Feb 9, has no apparent links to previous cases.
He reported symptoms on Feb 1 and sought treatment at a GP clinic on Feb 3, before going to Changi General Hospital (CGH) on Feb 5.
He then went for a follow-up appointment at Bedok Polyclinic on Feb 7 and was admitted to the intensive care unit at CGH. He tested positive for the coronavirus on Feb 8, and was transferred to NCID.
Prior to hospital admission, he had visited Mustafa Centre and stayed at Leo dormitory at 25 Kaki Bukit Road.
43) 54-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN MAN
The 43rd case had not travelled to China recently, but visited Malaysia on Jan 26.

He went to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital on Feb 6, where he was isolated and warded. He tested positive for the coronavirus on Feb 9.

The 45th case, a two-year-old girl, was among the 92 Singaporeans evacuated from Wuhan on Jan 30.
She did not have symptoms when she boarded the flight, and was put under quarantine after landing in Singapore.
She was referred to KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital on Feb 7 based on initial test results and isolated. She was confirmed as having the infection on Feb 10.

Case 46 lives in Johor Bahru and works at Resorts World Sentosa Casino in Singapore.
The Singapore permanent resident reported the onset of symptoms on Feb 5, and sought treatment at a GP clinic on Feb 9. He was transferred to Tan Tock Seng Hospital by ambulance on the same day.
Subsequent test results confirmed he was infected on Feb 10.

The 47th case is a Bangladesh national who works at 10 Seletar Aerospace Heights, the same place where case 42 worked.

He went to NCID on Feb 10 and test results confirmed on the same day that he was infected.
He stayed at his rental apartment at Veerasamy Road since the onset of symptoms, except to visit the GP clinic.

The 48th case is a 34-year-old Singaporean man who lives in Bukit Batok Street 25.
He is an employee of Grace Assembly of God church and went to work at the church branches in Tanglin and Bukit Batok before being hospitalised.
He had no recent travel history to China but was in Malaysia on Jan 26.
He reported onset of symptoms on Feb 1, and had sought treatment five times at four general practitioner clinics on Feb 2, 4, 7, 9 and 10 before going to the NCID, where he was confirmed as having the infection on Feb 11.
Prior to hospital admission, he had visited Plaza Singapura, Star Vista and Fusionopolis.
He was discharged on Feb 17.

The 49th case is a 46-year-old Singaporean man who lives at Toh Guan Road.
He is an employee of Grace Assembly of God church and went to work at the church branches in Tanglin and Bukit Batok before being hospitalised.
He had no travel history to China.
He reported onset of symptoms on Feb 3 and sought treatment at a GP clinic on Feb 8.
He went to the emergency department at the National University Hospital (NUH) on Feb 8 and was discharged on the same day.
He was admitted to NUH on Feb 10, and test results confirmed COVID-19 infection the next day and was warded in an isolation room at NUH.

As he was identified as a close contact of the two cases, he was taken by ambulance to Tan Tock Seng Hospital on Feb 11. Test results confirmed he was infected on Feb 12.

The 53rd case works at the National University of Singapore and is linked to the cluster at Grace Assembly of God church.

He stayed mostly at home at Hillview Avenue and had not interacted with his NUS colleagues and students after the onset of symptoms.

He reported onset of symptoms on Feb 7 and sought treatment at Farrer Park Hospital’s emergency care clinic three days later. He had a fever and was the only patient at the time, Farrer Park Hospital told CNA in response to a query.
Staff at the emergency clinic followed infection control protocol strictly and wore full personal protective equipment, a Farrer Park Hospital spokesperson said. The service officer who was in contact with him also wore a surgical mask that night.
“As in after every suspect case, we carried out terminal cleaning and disinfected all rooms, corridors and areas that this patient had been in contact with while he was at [the] emergency clinic,” the spokesperson said.
He went to the emergency department at Mount Elizabeth Hospital on Feb 12 and was conveyed by ambulance to NCID the next day.
Prior to hospital admission, he had mostly stayed home at Wilkinson Road except to seek medical treatment. He works as an anaesthesiologist at a private hospital in Singapore, and was not at work since the onset of symptoms. He has no known interactions with past cases.

One level at the Environment Building, where she works, was disinfected on Friday after her case was confirmed.

Case 73 is a 43-year-old Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) regular serviceman. He works at Building 613 of Tengah Air Base, but has not been at work since Feb 6, said the Ministry of Defence.
According to the health ministry, he reported the onset of symptoms on Feb 9 and sought treatment at a GP clinic a day later.
He was identified as a close contact of Case 51, who works at both of the church’s branches in Tanglin and Bukit Batok, and was served a home quarantine order on Feb 13.
A day later, he was taken to NCID and tested positive for the coronavirus on Feb 15.

She is a family member of case 72, who is a 40-year-old Chinese work pass holder in Singapore and a non-medical contact of an anaesthesiologist infected with the same virus.
She is currently warded in an isolation room at NCID.
The woman, who first reported having symptoms on Feb 12, had been under home quarantine since Feb 15 due to her association with case 72.
She was taken to NCID in an ambulance on Feb 17, and confirmed with COVID-19 the same afternoon.
Before she was served a quarantine order, she had gone to work at
FoodXchange @ Admiralty. Her job function at FoodXchange does not entail the handling of food.

80) 38-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN WOMAN
Case 80 is a 38-year-old Singaporean woman with links to case 66 – a 28-year-old Singaporean man linked to the cluster at Grace Assembly of God.
She reported onset of symptoms on Feb 4 and had sought treatment at a GP clinic on that same day and on Feb 10. She was referred to NUH for a chest X-ray on Feb 11, and went back to NUH again on Feb 17.
She was diagnosed on the morning of Feb 18, and is currently warded in an isolation room at the NUH.
Prior to hospitalisation, she had gone to work at NUH, where she performs an administrative function, and had not interacted with patients since onset of symptoms.

81) 50-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN MAN
Case 81 is a 50-year-old Singaporean man linked to the cluster at Grace Assembly of God.
He reported onset of symptoms on Feb 16 and was sent to NCID via ambulance following a phone consultation with a GP.
He was confirmed with COVID-19 on the morning of Feb 18, and is currently warded in an isolation room at NCID.
Prior to hospitalisation, he had mostly remained at his home at Lower Delta Road.
82) 57-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN WOMAN
Case 82 is a 57-year-old Singapore Citizen with no recent travel history to China. She is currently warded in an isolation room at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH).
She reported onset of symptoms on Feb 9 and had sought treatment at Jurong Polyclinic on Feb 10, Feb 14 as well as a GP clinic on Feb 12.
She went to the emergency department at NTFGH on Feb 13 and Feb 15, and was admitted as a dengue patient in a general ward on Feb 15.
Subsequent test results confirmed COVID-19 infection on the afternoon of Feb 18 and she was immediately transferred to an isolation room.
As a precautionary measure, the patients who had shared the same room as the case while she was in the general ward have been transferred to single rooms.
They have been tested for COVID-19 infection, and the results are pending.
So far, none of the contacts have any respiratory symptoms.
Contact tracing of NTFGH staff who had been in contact with the case is underway. The room has also been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

He also sought treatment at Yishun Polyclinic on Feb 19 and was later taken to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital in an ambulance on the same day.

The man reported onset of symptoms on Feb 14 and sought treatment at two general practitioner clinics on Feb 16 and Feb 18. The next day, he sought treatment at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, where he was immediately isolated.
He tested positive for COVID-19 on Feb 20.
Prior to hospital admission, he mostly stayed at home at Bukit Batok East Avenue 5. He has not been in school since the onset of symptoms, said MOH.
87) 32-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN MAN
Case 87 is a 32-year-old Singaporean man who was evacuated from Wuhan on Feb 9. He did not show symptoms when he boarded his flight, but was put under quarantine upon landing in Singapore.
He is linked to Case 76, a one-year-old baby who was also evacuated from the epicentre of the outbreak.
He was confirmed to have the virus on Feb 21 and is currently warded at an isolation room at NCID.
He was discharged on Feb 24.
88) 30-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN WOMAN
Case 88 is a 30-year-old Singaporean woman with no recent travel history to China.
As she was identified as a contact of Case 66, a 28-year-old Singaporean man linked to the cluster at Grace Assembly of God; she was referred to NCID on Feb 21. She was confirmed to have the disease on the same day.
Prior to hospital admission, she had mostly stayed at her home at Hougang Street 91.
89) 41-YEAR-OLD SINGAPORE PERMANENT RESIDENT
Case 89 is a 41-year-old male Singapore permanent resident with no recent travel history to China.
He was confirmed as a COVID-19 patient on Feb 22, and is currently warded in an isolation room at NCID.
90) 75-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN WOMAN
Case 90 is a 75-year-old Singapore citizen who has no recent travel history to China. She is linked to the cluster at The life Church and Missions Singapore.
On Feb 9, she reported onset of symptoms and sought treatment at a GP clinic on Feb 9, Feb 17 and Feb 23.
She was taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital on Feb 23, and tested positive for the coronavirus on the same afternoon.
Prior to hospital admission, she had mostly stayed at her home at Bishan St 12.
She is currently warded in an isolation room at NCID.
91) 58-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN WOMAN
Case 91 is a 58-year-old Singaporean citizen who is the wife of Case 83.
She reported onset of symptoms and sought treatment at a GP clinic on Feb 1, Feb 6 and Feb 10.
As she had been identified as a contact of Case 66, she was referred by MOH to NCID on Feb 18 and tested positive for COVID-19 on the afternoon of Feb 22.
Prior to hospital admission, she had mostly stayed at her home at Rivervale Drive.
According to an MOH update on Feb 25, the couple visited The Life Church and Missions Singapore on Jan 19 – the same day as Case 8 and 9, two Chinese nationals from Wuhan.
They then attended the Chinese New Year gathering at Mei Hwan Drive on Jan 25, which case 66 also attended.
MOH said the couple was not ill when investigations were being carried out, but records showed that Case 91 went to the emergency department at Sengkang General Hospital on Jan 26 with symptoms consistent with COVID-19.
Her husband had also been ill in end-January and had repeatedly sought a GP for treatment.
Based on these findings, the MOH epidemiology team arranged for cases 83 and 91 to be tested at NCID, including the use of serological tests developed by Duke-NUS Medical School researchers.
Test results confirmed they had earlier been infected with COVID-19.
92) 47-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN MAN
Case 92 is a 47-year-old Singaporean who has no recent travel history to China.
He was confirmed to have COVID-19 infection on Feb 26 morning and is warded in an isolation room at Sengkang General Hospital.
93) 38-YEAR-OLD SINGAPOREAN MAN
Case 93 is a 38-year-old Singaporean who has no recent travel history to China.
He was confirmed to have COVID-19 infection on Feb 26 morning and is warded in an isolation room at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital.
